This New Orleans stuff kills me. It just KILLS me. Such a beautiful city, and it has suffered when it didn't need to. The stories I have read play out like mad Max 4. We weren't prepared, but we knew it could happen, I have also heard that we knew about 9/11 before it happened and THAT TOO was ignored.
